Public consistency checks do not establish independent consensus, verified identity, fraud probability, delivery or correct results. No private evidence or operator credential is required to use the documented public GET API.

- Source claims, local integrity checks and independent task evaluations are distinct. Full offers begin with the richer collector; historical records can be incomplete. Unknown precision is not six decimals by default. Outcome ingestion requires producer HMAC authentication; no public task-performance benchmark is available yet.
