Your agent can pay.Can you prove what it bought?
Wallets, cards and checkout protocols give agents spending power. This six-question score finds the missing evidence between human intent, merchant offer, payment, delivery and recourse.
- 01Six evidence controls
- 02Instant score
- 03Your missing boundaries
Who puts money behind an agent?
The rail is not the principal. Every funded agent ultimately spends on behalf of one of five economic actors.
Agent Commerce Evidence Score.
Answer for one real or planned shopping flow. “Yes” means the control is enforced and produces inspectable evidence—not that a policy document mentions it.
Authority
Can you identify the human or enterprise principal, delegation chain, policy version and spend limit for this purchase?
Offer binding
Do you bind merchant, item or service, quantity, price, substitutions, delivery promise and refund terms before authorization?
Independent preflight
Is merchant, endpoint, price and current service condition checked independently of the seller before money moves?
Payment linkage
Can the authorization and settlement record be cryptographically or deterministically tied to the exact approved offer?
Delivery proof
Can you prove the merchant delivered the represented item or service—not only that checkout succeeded or an API returned 200?
Exception and reconciliation
Does the evidence drive a hold, retry, reroute, refund, dispute or finance reconciliation without reconstructing the transaction manually?
Complete all six controls.
If the flow fits, the next step is a $500, 90-minute Independent Agent-Spend Assurance Briefing plus a two-page gap map. Invoice after fit approval. No mailing list.
Useful before it asks for anything.
The score and missing controls are delivered before the form. A qualified operator can then bring one transaction into a focused briefing. No hidden result, fake urgency or automatic enrollment.
